A high-capacity rechargeable AA cell featuring a built-in voltage regulator to maintain a constant 1.5 V output throughout most of its discharge cycle, ensuring stable performance in devices sensitive to voltage drops. It delivers approximately 2500 mAh capacity (or 4150 mWh of energy) and charges fully in about 2.9 hours via compatible XTAR chargers, with a smart LED indicator to show charging status.

The cell includes an intelligent safety chip offering over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and leak protection, and a low-voltage indicator that gently steps down to around 1.1 V, allowing devices to signal low battery before shutdown.
